There is a clear line here and it is worth knowing before you spend anything. A wallet file on a failed, formatted or wiped drive is ordinary data recovery. A lost seed phrase or forgotten password is not a recovery problem at all — it is a cryptographic fact, and no laboratory changes it.

This field attracts a great deal of dishonesty, so here is exactly what is on offer.
The recovery produces the encrypted wallet file and returns it to you. We do not ask for your passphrase, we do not open the wallet, we do not need to know what it contains and we do not want to. What comes back is an encrypted file that only you can unlock.
That arrangement is deliberate. A laboratory that asks for your passphrase in order to verify the recovery is asking for control of your funds, and there is no technical reason to require it. Verification that a wallet file is structurally intact does not need the key.
Our fee is a fixed figure for the recovery work, quoted before we start. We do not take a percentage of anything recovered. Percentage arrangements give a recovery firm a direct interest in what your wallet contains, and that is not a relationship worth entering into.
If anyone asks for your seed phrase, stop. No legitimate recovery service needs it. Requests for seed phrases, passphrases or private keys are the standard opening of a theft, and they frequently come dressed as technical support.

Sometimes, though modern phone encryption makes it considerably harder. If the wallet was backed up to a computer or cloud account, that copy is a far better starting point than the handset.
