By locating Compass House north of Cambridge we have been able to reduce travel times. Therefore Ely, Huntingdon, St Ives, Newmarket and Royston are each less than 30 minutes' journey time from Compass House without having to navigate through Cambridge traffic. Therefore for most clients in our catchment area, travelling to Compass House will be considerably more convenient than if we were based centrally within Cambridge.

We have an on-site service centre at Vision Park which operates as a lab and not a retail outlet. The service centre is available Monday to Friday (9am to 5:30pm). You should call us for a quotation prior to dropping off your drive. Drop-offs do not require a booking and can be made during opening times.
All items sent to us are insured in each direction and we cover all costs associated with returning your drive by post. If time is more important than anything else and you are at the far edge of our catchment area, then there could be another local lab within your area that would be more suitable for you. This is something we will let you know about.
Our prices are the same wherever you are, and vary based upon the type of storage device you send to us. The prices are as follows: from £250 +VAT for memory cards/USB sticks, from £300 +VAT for a drive and from £500 +VAT for RAID arrays.
