First get a quote, either via telephone or using our quotation form. Then send the device to us along with a brief description of what happened to it. The diagnosis has no cost to you, nor will it commit you to anything. After that, you will receive a fixed price in writing prior to anything being opened.
Once you have a quote, nothing can begin until the device is with us, so all we need is for you to pack it up properly, include your contact information and post it to us or drop it in. We don't require any appointments. Our engineers will inspect your device upon receipt and provide a free diagnosis prior to providing you with a written figure.
If posting your unit to us, please use a tracked and insured service, as what's on the drive is worth much more than the cost of shipping. Coming in person? That's okay too; just come during normal business hours Monday to Friday (between 9am and 5:30pm), with no appointment needed, and again, your unit should be packed as described above for travel.
