Nobody rings a data recovery lab on a good day. “Do you charge a percentage of anything?” Percentage arrangements give a recovery firm an interest in what your data is worth and in you believing recovery is possible. We charge a fixed fee and take no share of anything.
“What can’t you recover?” The most useful question on the list. A firm with no ready answer is either inexperienced or unwilling to say. Ours is on almost every page of this site.
“Who actually does the work?” A good deal of UK data recovery is subcontracted onward, which means more hands, more transit and more people with access. Ours is done in-house, and data does not leave the UK.
