We may have diagnosed the problem for you by telephone but we will do so again once we have the device at our Data Recovery centre. When our engineer has performed a full diagnosis they will contact you again by telephone to talk you through it and also to discuss the quotation. Again it is a no obligation quote so if you have changed your mind in between times there is no hassle and nothing to pay. If you are happy for us to continue then we will enter your device into the service chain and the process should take no more than 2-3 days.

An Explanation As To How We Recover Your Data

At the point at which our engineer has recovered your data they will contact you again by telephone to explain what has been done. You will also at this time receive an email that not only details the directories recovered during the process but also allows you to see attached screenshots. This is designed so that you can be in no doubt that we have recovered the data as requested. On confirmation from you that we have recovered all of your data satisfactorily we will then arrange for the data to be returned to you.

How We Return Your Data To You

Having verified that the data we have recovered is correct and to your satisfaction all that we need to complete the process and have the data returned is full payment. Payment can be made to us using a credit or debit card (for which no charges are incurred), cheque or bank transfer. When we have received payment we will then make arrangements for the data to be transferred onto a media of your choice and then returned to you using a next day courier service. There is no additional charge for this. The cost of the return of your data via courier has already been factored into your original quotation.
